Dear friends!
Below are shipping and handling methods offered to you
according to your regional location. If you prefer some other
ways of
shipping (UPS vs. USPS), that may be less expensive to you or more
secure, please let us know before placing an order. We
will do everything in our power to accommodate you. Your
satisfaction is our primary concern!
How long does
it take for my order to arrive?
In
United States
A
typical order in United States for an item in stock should
arrive within 7-14 days. We ship immediately, because
we understand how important it is for our fellow collectors to
have it in their hands "yesterday!" Unfortunately, sometimes
our stock may deflate .
If your item is not
on-hand, your order may take between 3 to 5 weeks depending on
availability. In this case, You will be notified immediately!
We will do anything in our power to expedite the process as
much as possible. However, in such case we are at the mercy of
the the sculptor, and the Russian
postal services. We ask you to be patient.
Outside of
United States
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee any
time frame to our international customers. It's all in
the hands of the US customs, customs of the recipient's
country, and that country's postal services. There is only one
thing we guarantee... We will do everything we can for you
order to arrive to you safely!
